Day 3 of the 4-day weekend. Didn't go as I hoped, thanks in large part to a sinus headache that started last night, eased up just as I fell asleep, then kicked in again this morning. I've taken ibuprofen and Sudafed, and still feel the pressure. I can't figure out why, though. Whatever rain there was fell well north, and the bp was 30.25 and steady this morning when things really started trying to extrude out my eye sockets and such. So, no bike ride this morning, which was too bad because it was nice outside.

Napped this afternoon. Tried to keep the news feeds to a minimum and tried to write a bit. Am still trying to build up steam on this chapter, during which much is left unsaid seeing as both parties already know all the words.

One more day left on the holiday. Wish it hadn't gone so quickly.
