Wednesday and weather

ksmithNice yesterday. Gorgeous today--mid 70s and sunny with puffy clouds. Overnight, temps dropped to the low 60s and the humidity levels fell. I opened my bedroom windows to let in the cool, and slept like a rock--when I woke up, the thermometer on the alarm clock read 65F.
Supposedly we're going to have a cooler pattern over the next two weeks. Looking forward to it...except I hope it doesn't slow down the tomatoes too much. Some of the biggies should start ripening Any Time Now.
Another bad thing about the Cool--the skeeters are out in force. I have a citronella candle burning and the Off! personal fan thingie going and they don't help much. It gets worse after the sun goes down.
