I see ice fishing shacks. Though not this year. Hasn't been cold enough to set the ice.

We see kayakers in Portland, four hours south of Seattle

Hi Kris,

We saw kayakers in the Tualatin river near Portland this morning. The weather here is nearly the same as it is in Seattle, high 40s through low 50s.

Rarely, though sometimes there are die-hards. I have been out to False Creek quite a few times in the last few weeks and haven't seen anyone out, and it's pretty sheltered.
