Probably just a simple marinara this time through. Garlic, onions, basil, some of the oregano I dried last year. I may roast a couple of red peppers and add them.

I have even more Romas at the just-about-ripe stage. I need to refrain from picking them and let them ripen a little more.

They're tasting better and better. The first few Crims were flat, but later ones are much better.
