Puppy thoughts
Oct. 27th, 2008 08:02 pmI'll be taking Gaby to the vet's tomorrow to be spayed. Also, instead of bringing her right home, I will be leaving her in the hospital until Friday or Saturday in order to give her time to heal. She's just too active, and I don't want to take a chance of her torquing her incision. Vet believes 3-4 days should be enough.
So, while this is a routine operation, good thoughts appreciated. Also good thoughts for King, who is a worry wart, and is going to have a lonely week without his buddy.

Date: 2008-10-28 02:05 am (UTC)I brought my cat home way too early after being spayed, and she was just frantic. If I were to do it again, I'd keep her at home, but crated. So I think you're wise to let Gaby have a quiet day or two after the surgery.

Date: 2008-10-28 02:37 am (UTC)BTW, sorry about the Hawks tonight. Well, not really. Lemaire really has the Wild playing well. Now if they'd just junk those stupid red sweaters and go back to the home greens......
