Last LJ spam of the night

Worked in the back yard this evening. Had to chase King away from some stuff, and he stumbled over a stretch of garden fence and fell on his right side. He immediately limped over to me and sat close so I could comfort him. Held up his injured paw. His *ahem* left paw.

Two minutes later, I threw a ball and King took off after it. No sign of a limp.

What an actor.

::laughs:: This morning I am dealing with "Poor, pathetic, starving Cat." Never mind that there's food in his dish....

Biologists are showing that animals know how to "lie" to protect their food, etc. I think that it's very interesting how biologists are finally admitting that animals show all the same behaviors as people.
