ksmith | The start of a relaxing weekend

Mickey did something to his left elbow. He was fine this morning and at lunchtime, but I noticed when I came home this evening that he was favoring his left leg. It seemed to get better when he moved around, but if he rested for a while, he limped after getting up. I felt the area, and it's definitely warm. Of course, he won't let me touch it now, and managed to lie in such a way that I can't reach it. I wedged an ice pack between his left leg/shoulder and the back of the bolster bed as well as I could, and will leave it on for 10-15 minutes. There will be no walk tomorrow if he shows any lameness, and he's going to hate that. He loves his morning walk.
