I voted.

If you're eligible, I hope you did, too.

Paper ballots here. Color in the circles with a marker. Traceability is Good.

I voted around 1130 or so, and was number 184. The last general election, iirc, I voted in the late afternoon, and fell in the 360s. I hope we have record turnout for a primary, and that early/absentee voters swell the numbers.

Caucus here in Kansas. Should be interesting, as it is pretty much the first time we've done the caucus thing.

I voted early this afternoon. Our polls are open from noon till 9PM, so it was too early to tell what turnout will be like.

We have the traditional machines with levers and the big handle at the bottom that simultaenously records your vote and opens the curtains.

I voted this morning.

We're still totally electronic with no paper backup. I'd like the paper backup, but I still think there must be some way to secure the electronic machines (or do pre- and post-audits or something) so that fraud could be caught.

We actually do have optical scan of a paper ballot. But I'm glad we have the countable paper ballots.

Lots of changes in the Kansas political landscape lately.

We don't even have curtains anymore. Cardboard podiums with metal legs set up so no one can see how you vote unless they look right over your shoulder.
