She did - I copied the list from her site and was going to post it myself with the appropriate bolding and additions. However I ran out of gas about 150 books in (adding the little "bold" "not bold" HTML codes gets old fast). I did notice when I copied it that the end of her list was all bolded.
How did you miss Death Be Not Proud? It was the teenager-dies-bravely-from-incurable-disease book - I thought it was a requirement that teenagers in the late 1960s-early 1970s read it.
