I'm scarce lately due to Book. Then I'll be out next weekend at Bouchercon, the mystery convention. Then I'll have a Life again, at least until revisions.

Howdy. Usually I feel lurky ... but sometimes after listening to vendors try to sell me raw materials or process equipment, I get chatty.

Today, I spent 2 hours listening to someone trying to sell a waterproofing agent, and someone who wants me to buy a really, really expensive homogenizer. *sigh*.

Sounds a little like what I do. I'm on the production support side of pharma, so while vendors tell us about changes to products we're already using, we have to shoo them over to the R&D side when they want to talk about the New! and Exciting! stuff.
