I look forward to seeing you again, Kris. I have a pretty busy schedule--for me, as I get older and less energetic. 1 on Thursday, 2 on Friday, 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday. I hope we have a chance to chat. I'm taking the train to St. Louis, then the other train to Kansas City. How are you coming?

I'm driving--getting in sometime on Wednesday. It's an 8-9 hour drive, and I'm not sure when I'm leaving. But knowing me, I will likely leave before sunrise so I can get to KC by early-mid afternoon and miss the various rush hours.

I'll be working the SFWA Suite from 1-3 on Friday. Other than that, if you have any time to grab a meal or some chat time, let me know. We can always play by ear when we get there--I will email you my cell#.
