Felt run down today. Thirsty. I had not been drinking much water over the last week or so, so I made a point today of drinking two big cups. Over 40 ounces.
Gee. I feel better. Go figure.
I tend to relearn this about every three months.
In other news, I have shut off my alarm clock whilst still asleep every morning this week. This morning, I did catch myself--I was in a dazed, half-awake state, but I do recall whacking the snooze bar. There may be a Lesson the Third about the need for sleep buried in there somewhere. Just a guess.
