ksmith: (snowflakes)
We got a couple inches of heavy powder last night, which may or may not be enough to push us into all-time snowiest February-ville. Tom Skilling, the WGN weather guru who has way too much fun playing with computer simulations, blogged that we may be in for another 13 inches over the next couple of weeks instead of the 3 or so that we usually get.

It's not that a few inches here or there are that difficult to deal with. But things were thawing so nicely.

Other than weather-wise, not much happening around here. Busy. Pups are OK (::knock wood::). Maintaining.

ksmith: (gimme a break)
I had other things I should have been doing. Writing things. Which was why I spent a good part of the evening paying bills and switching accounts over to paperless and setting up mobile banking and whatnot.

If I'm not careful, I may start pulling tax stuff together.
