It's official. We'll get several inches of snow today. Could be the snowiest Christmas Eve in over 40 years.

Glad I can just hunker down and bake stuff.

Assuming the VCR still works--I haven't used it in well over a year--and the tape is still OK, we may be watching the Alastair Sim CHRISTMAS CAROL tonight. If not, maybe one of the HP movies. SORCERER'S STONE has a Christmas scene in it, iirc.

King is currently in the living room being an old guy. Gaby is outside rooting through shrubbery for things to kill. Everyone has breakfasted. "Waltz of the Flowers" is playing on the cable light classical channel. A little later, an apple pie will be bakes and a chicken roasted. Christmas Eve dinner.

Waiting for the snow.

Lovely snow falling. Glad I don't have to drive in it.

Chicken w/ lemons and garlic should be done in 20 minutes or so. House smells so good.

It's Christmas Eve.
