The model patient
Jun. 21st, 2007 08:11 pmI'll be bringing him home tomorrow, likely with stomach med prescriptions. He kept his food down today, and according to the afternoon nurse, does not act like a sick dog. She called him, and I quote, "a hundred and seventeen pounds of love."
He must be leaning against their legs and standing on their feet so they can't move.
The general consensus from friends is that he sensed the upheaval in the household, and reacted accordingly. Given the timing, it may indeed be the case. Things won't be getting much better for the next week or so, at least, though, so I hope the stomach meds calm him.
