A busy Spring day--yes, it is too Spring and don't tell me it isn't. Worked out in the yard for the first time this year at a task that didn't involve snow shoveling/removal. Raking. Grass seed spreading. Putting out the hoses, and realizing that I really need to get wheeled carts for those things. The stationary hose holders just get too unwieldy and hard to handle, especially the one for the backyard that holds 100' of hose.
Treated myself to new Air and Delerium via iTunes. So far, the new Air, Pocket Symphony, is pleasant enough. Can't touch Talkie Walkie with a stick, but still ok. Haven't listened to the Delerium yet.
I just filed 2006 receipts into non-tax and tax folders, thus eliminating the box that had been stashed under my desk since the summer. Then I cleared off the two piles that resulted when I sorted through a file of research/ideas and decided they were too good to toss. Then there were the catalogs, and the books, and the growing stack of 2007 stuff...
I also found last year's tax returns, with the notation that I had sent in last year's receipts and stuff to accountant around this time. Which means I'm running behind last year, which I don't like. Guess I'll be spending the next week of evenings collating and spreadsheeting. At least I was able to combine the 2007 tax and non-tax files into one bigger accordion file. Most of my life is tax-related, to the point that it doesn't make sense to stash the little bit of leftover paper in its own folder.
The excitement never stops...
UPDATE: The Check Engine light went off this morning. Something to do with the gas tank level sensor or whatever else they stick in there, methinks.
