Working out

Jogged two miles for the first time since I can't remember--maybe October, according to the indecipherable scribbles in my workout calendar. Working out had really fallen off the edge of the table during August, when I entered the ENDGAME homestretch. September was Sluggard Month. I started walking again in October after I shipped out the book, but wasn't consistent. Is this where I admit that I really don't enjoy sweating? Once I start sweating, I realize I'm committed and I push onward, but the actual working-up-to-it part...I don't like it too much.

ANYway, 30 minutes at between 4-4.2 mph, bracketed by walking. It was easier than I thought it would be. Didn't really start to feel tired until the last couple of minutes. More importantly, my heels don't hurt. Love those Asics.

I wonder if I can make three miles this month...?
