Wednesday stuff

Besides mislaying a perfectly good scene, other tail-end things have been accomplished over the past few days. Hung a picture. Finally got around to ordering an external hard drive--Western Digital 80GB. Bought the aforementioned new pillows. Bought a pot for the fake flowers. Inserted said flowers in said pot and installed them in the macrame plant holder in my office. They look ok--better than nothing. I think a few white flowers are needed among the blue.

Bought a weathered white wire (say that 3x fast) plant shelf for the dining room.

I get a *lot* of houseware catalogs, and happily peruse same. The color trend for the year seems to be ivory/weathered white, lime green, and a milky light blue with a touch of grey, like Spring seen through a filter. The kitchen floor mats I have my eye on are green and ivory, but the chair cushions are wine-colored. Call me a rebel.

Oh well, off in search of the Lost Scene...
