Sadly, I've used up my ten free readings on the NYT site already. :(

Since I don't have cable TV any more, I'm having to wait until Sherlock is available through other avenues like Netflix. I'm uncertain whether you're commenting on the Cumberbatch Sherlock or the American one I've seen rumors of...?

We watched the first 3 episodes on DVD this past weekend. One Thurs., one Fri., and one Sat. We really enjoyed them, even if they ran far longer than we expected. Started Saturday's at a little after 10 and we didn't get to bed until around midnight.

Definitely the Cumberbatch Sherlock. I had not heard of an American version, unless you're thinking of the big screen version with Robert Downey Jr.

A Scandal in Belgravia ran 90 minutes on PBS. I wonder if they deleted scenes?

And I finally got smart and looked at the PBS web site, and sho' nuff they had the whole first episode of season 2 there available to watch. So I watched it.
