Hot chocolate

trolleypup sent me a Recchiuti care package that included their hot chocolate pieces. I've been hoarding the stuff because it's rich as hell and I keep it for special times. But it's too rich when made according to the instructions--1 oz boiling water per 2 oz chocolate pieces--and so when I made some last night, I tried diluting it further. 3oz boiling water to 2 oz chocolate pieces plus half a jigger of Chambord. Raspberry hot chocolate. Good stuff.

Just went by Recchiuti this morning...now have a supply of the burnt caramel hazelnuts again.
