Technology is amazing. Instead of working on taxes, or the next book, or something useful, I took photos of myself with my digicam, mucked about with them using iPhoto, found an image that didn't make me sick, cropped it, changed it to b/w, and by golly made me a masthead. Or a header. Or a default photo. Or something.

Note the new glasses.

Beats working.

I tried to take fluffy haircut pics, but my arms aren't long enough to just point backwards and shoot--weird perspective effects that aren't particularly flattering. I need to learn to use the timer, or wait until someone takes my pic in C-ville, which is only a week away.
