Jams and stuff
Oct. 28th, 2006 09:44 pmCurrently enjoying one of
lethebasii's jams, Blackberry Earl Grey, which I have spread on whole wheat toast along with cream cheese. The drink of choice is, of course, a cuppa Earl Grey. Another jam, the Peach Melba, went really well with yesterday's pancakes. I'm saving the Strawberry Triple Sec for something. Maybe until after I clear all the other half-empty jars out of the fridge.
Thanks to
wicked_wish for the heads up. We loves good jam, yes we does, the precioussss...
Today I installed a new curtain rod, and hung curtains *and* a few pictures. Moved my Kinuko Craft Sleeping Beauty out of the living room and into my office, and moved the Renoir still life print that had been in my office out to the living room. The Craft looks incredible now--my office is much lighter than the living room, and painting details that I couldn't see before pop out now. Still don't have the Turandot I bought at last year's WFC framed. Still don't have my Contact Imminent cover painting framed. Maybe that will be my holiday gift to myself--much framing.
Watched Notre Dame beat Navy, and passed out Kit Kat bars to trick-or-treaters.
I should start writing something, but I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop where J5 is concerned, namely, revision letter.
Thanks to
